These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with AXILLA E-COMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED. By using the website or ordering, you agree to them.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract under Indian law, or order with a parent or guardian. We sell to customers for delivery in India only.

Your account

You can order as a guest or with an account. Keep your password private and your details accurate; you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or misuse.

Products and information

  • We try to show products accurately, but colours can look different on different screens, and sizes and weights are approximate.
  • Crystals, pyrite and gemstone pieces are natural, so each one differs slightly in colour, shape and size from the photos.
  • Vastu, feng shui and crystal uses are described as traditions and beliefs. We don't promise any result, and these products are not medical, financial or professional advice or treatment.
  • Follow the installation, weight-limit and care instructions that come with the product.

Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping and any Cash on Delivery charge are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices and offers can change at any time, but not for orders we've already accepted. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The order confirmation email means we've received it; the contract is formed when we dispatch the products. We may refuse or cancel an order as described in our Cancellation Policy, and may limit quantities per order.

Payment

You can pay online by UPI, card, net banking or wallet through Razorpay, or by Cash on Delivery where it's offered. Online payments are subject to Razorpay's and your bank's terms. Coupons can't be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn if misused.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy are part of these terms. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Reviews and other content you send us

Reviews must be your honest experience of a product you used, and must not be abusive, unlawful or promotional. We may edit or remove reviews that break these rules. By submitting a review or photo you allow us to show it on our website and marketing.

Using the website

  • Don't misuse the website: no attempts to break its security, scrape it at scale, place fake orders or interfere with other customers.
  • The Axilla name, logo, photos, videos, text and design belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy or use them commercially without written permission.
  • We work to keep the website available and accurate but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that can't be excluded. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays and failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your rights under consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Grievance officer

If a complaint isn't resolved by customer care, you can write to our grievance officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receiving them.
